King Soopers Cards:
No more reloadable cards! Funds are linked to your loyalty card.
It is very easy to get set up with the new program! Here is a step by step to guide:
* To get started you must have a registered King Soopers loyalty card account to link to. If you do not yet have one, just stop by any customer service desk at any King Soopers to get your free card.
* If you have not already done so, create an online account for your King Soopers Loyalty Card on their secure website, www.Kingsoopers.com/communityrewards<http://www.kingsoopers.com/communityrewards>. New users to the website will need some basic information like your rewards card number and loyalty phone number as well as a valid email address to set your account up.
* Once you are logged in, you will be able to access your Account Summary, and to the left hand side of your screen you will see a link to "Community Rewards".
* Once you have clicked on the "Community Rewards" link - you will see a "Find an organization" search area. Or our organization's identifier DW346 Or even Heritage High School).
* Once our organization comes up, you will see a green button to Enroll your account. Click the "Enroll" button and you are all set!
* After completing enrollment, you will just need to swipe your King Soopers card or put in your loyalty rewards phone number each time you shop and your rewards will start accumulating.
* In the past, monthly statements were sent from King Soopers to the HHS Boys Basketball Booster organization showing the amounts loaded to each card, allowing us to track the purchases by family for us to distribute to Player's Accounts. Going forward, each family will get quarterly statements reflecting what they spent in that quarter to apply your purchases to your Player's Account, you will need to send your King Soopers statement quarterly to HHSboysbb@gmail.com.
Please Note: Donations received that cannot be tied to a family within 90 days following each quarter end will be applied to the general scholarship account. Once your player leave the program funds can not be distrubted they are applied to the general scholarship fund.
